We aim to provide education on a variety of radiation therapies, including brachy; facilitate high board passage rates by protecting academic time and instituting mock orals across all sites; broaden our educational program by incorporation of guest speakers; emphasize strong interprofessional and interdisciplinary relationships and improve resident communication skills to ensure high quality and safe patient care; and engage all with a philosophy of accountability, resilience, and helpfulness.
