Stony Brook Medicine/University Hospital Program
About This Program
Our hospital is set in a lovely environment on a university suburban campus. We have orthopedic oncology which gives ample opportunity for biopsies. We offer highly specialized MSK imaging like bone/soft tissue tumors, sports injuries, dedicated MSK ultrasound and pediatric MSK disorders, as well as more general community practice type cases including outpatient procedures (eg. joint injection and cyst aspiration), thus preparing fellow for both academic and private practice after graduation.
