About This Program
The program is entirely conducted at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, a 642 bed adult hospital and a 132 bed attached childrens hospital. The program has five full-time IR faculty with 24/7 coverage. Its small by design with only two residents per year, but in a large, high volume (over 17,000 IR procedures) department. The clinical experience is complete with all levels of complexity, acuity, and variety of procedures/clinical conditions treated in todays IR department.
