About This Program
The program is entirely conducted at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, a 629 bed adult hospital and a 136 bed attached children's hospital. The program has six full-time IR faculty with 24/7 coverage. It's small by design with only two residents per year, but in a large, high volume (over 17,000 IR procedures) department. The clinical experience is complete with all levels of complexity, acuity, and variety of procedures/clinical conditions treated in today's IR department.
