Carolinas Medical Center Program
About This Program
The Carolinas Medical Center forensic psychiatry fellowship merges an emphasis on core concepts with a focus on community forensic psychiatry. Highlights include a community-based competency restoration clinic and a threat assessment team. Clinical rotations include Broughton Hospital (a state hospital) and community forensic psychiatry at CMC. Didactics include landmarks, lectures as well as experiential learning through mock trials and guided report-writing.
