Overview

The Forensic Psychiatry Program at LSU Health Shreveport provides the trainee with experience in civil, criminal, and administrative evaluations to prepare the trainee for requests to perform a wealth of forensic evaluations in their future practice. The faculty includes two board certified forensic psychiatrists, one of whom is also the Child and Adolescent Program training director. Trainees are provided with close supervision and mentorship.
