UMass Chan Medical School Program
About This Program
The Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School offers psychiatrists advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of substance use disorders in many settings. Our mission is to train psychiatrists to become experts in the biological basis of addiction, to prepare them to provide care to patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and to empower them to be advocates for their patients in healthcare settings as well as in the community.
