Texas Institute for Graduate Medical Education and Research (TIGMER) Program
About This Program
We emphasize a Community First training model utilizing multiple satellite campuses around San Antonio in underserved parts of the city. Our community track will have you rotate in Street Medicine, the Bexar County Detention Center, Cedar Hills Behavioral Health and the Center for Health Care Services, caring for the sickest patients in our city.
