WSUBSOM's Psychiatry Residency program is a community-based program serving the Dayton area. We value diverse clinical sites to reinforce the role of psychiatrists in caring for a wide variety of the population. Our curriculum is embedded in an integrated civilian-military clinical training program and emphasizes robust training requirements in psychotherapy, incorporating this clinical practice with neurobiological, pharmacological, interventional, and population-based principles of care.
