Overview

Our residents are exposed to diverse settings across MGH and McLean, two world-renowned hospitals. Residents receive expert teaching, supervision, and mentorship from devoted faculty and may participate in specialized programs for research, medical education, and psychodynamic psychotherapy, and in interest groups that include neuropsychiatry, global psychiatry, public and community psychiatry, and community advocacy. The program promotes resident wellness and leadership training.
