Stony Brook Medicine/University Hospital Program
About This Program
We develop residents PH/GPM competencies and milestones, teaching specialty core content areas: epidemiology, biostatistics, health services policy & management, environmental & occupational health, cultural & socio-behavioral factors & clinical preventive medicine. Rotation sites include: county health department, hospital, federally qualified health center, quality improvement organization, & occupational medicine settings. Emphasis is given to lifestyle medicine training & to health equity.
