Overview

Skills address population health needs with policymakers, public health entities, clinical/patient advocacy groups. Provide leadership in specialty to provide care that reduces incidence and burden of acute and chronic disease, to enhance the effectiveness of healthcare and improves the health of citizens, especially vulnerable populations. Develop skills to advocate for preventive medicine in health care policy, integrative medicine and complementary methods for wellness and health maintenance.
