Overview

The general preventive medicine-public health residency program at UK is an institutionally funded, ACGME accredited two-year residency program providing residents with qualifications to sit for Board Certification in General Preventive Medicine-Public Health through the Amer. Board of Preventive Medicine. Our mission is to provide graduates with the skill and knowledge needed to protect, promote and maintain the health of populations-resulting in the prevention of disease, disability and death.
