The Spinal Cord Injury Medicine (SCIM)Fellowship at Case Western Reserve University/ The MetroHealth System has maintained ACGME accreditation for 23 years and offers 2 fellowship positions annually. Teaching facilities include the MetroHealth Level 1 Trauma Burn Center and Rehabilitation Institute, Cleveland VAMC, and the Cleveland Clinic, which provide extensive exposure to traumatic and non-traumatic SCI across inpatient, consult, and outpatient settings.
