About This Program
The Child Abuse Division is an outpatient and inpatient consult service. We currently have 4 outpatient clinics with 2 additional telemedicine clinics. The fellow will mainly see patients in the Dee Norton Child Advocacy Centers in Charleston County and Kay Phillips Advocacy Center in Summerville. The inpatient consult service covers consults at Shawn Jenkins Childrens Hospital, a level I trauma hospital. Consults are completed in the emergency department, pediatric floor, PICU and burn unit.
