Overview

Our fellowship includes participation in the interdisciplinary Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (UR LEND) program. Fellows also learn about behavioral interventions in school-based settings, facilitated by psychology faculty. We developed a DEIJ curriculum, integrated into a weekly Fellow Seminar. Aligning with our equity-focused mission, we are growing partnerships with the Onondaga Nation, the Center for Refugee Health, and the Rochester City School District.
