About This Program

CHOP is a quaternary hospital providing care to some of the most medically complex patients from around the world as well as serving as the primary site for a diverse population from South and West Philadelphia. In addition, fellows identify an area of academic interest and pursue scholarship opportunities and an advanced degree through the University of PENN. Fellows complete a 3rd year as a "special research fellow" to complete a Master's program and provide clinical care on inpatient service.
