Program highlights include: program adaptability and innovation, advocacy for funding for pediatric fellowship advanced degrees, securing additional community medicine experiences, garnered support with the organization to support faculty and fellows regarding scholarly projects, Med-Peds trained fellows can choose electives in adult space, incoming fellows that were former PGY4 status due to Med-Peds training or Peds chief year will be recognized at a PGY5 level with regards to pay.
