About This Program
Our fellows receive comprehensive and exceptional training and guidance in clinical care, scholarship, leadership, and education in our ACGME-accredited PHM fellowship program. At completion, fellows are primed to begin a career in academic and/or community PHM settings. Time allocated to clinical and scholarly activities aligns with ACGME fellowship requirements, providing flexibility and individualization for fellows to pursue their career interests.
