Overview

As the only free standing children's hospital in the state of Alabama, our program affords fellows the opportunity to care for children from the state and surrounding states. This provides experience in caring for patients with diverse backgrounds and pathology in both general GI and hepatology. Fellows will gain exposure in various procedures and clinical programs in the inpatient and outpatient settings and will be able to tailor their training to their career goals through various tracks.
