Overview

In addition to exposure to general pulmonary disorders, fellows receive specialized training in managing aerodigestive disorders, neuromuscular diseases, severe asthma with a comprehensive care team, and two months of intensive cystic fibrosis training at a renowned CF center. Fellows develop proficiency in managing at risk populations of children who are underserved and receive extensive training in addressing social determinants of health, low health literacy, and English as a second language.
