Overview

The UW & Seattle Children's Neonatology program serves a catchment area covering 1/4 the land mass of the United States and cares for a wide variety of patients and families. We offer many pathways to scholarly contributions and have more than 50 NICU faculty mentors to build mentorship teams with. We strive to emphasize empathic communication techniques with families and in interprofessional teams. Fellows have the opportunity to pursue additional training in many topics.
