1. Clinical Neonatology training at both Level III and Level IV NICU - 2. Well-structured Educational Curriculum with strong focus on innovations in medical education - 3. Targeted programs including: ECMO program in Level IV NICU, NeuroNICU Program; Neonatal Resuscitation Program; Pulmonary Hypertension Program; Fetal Program; and collaborative POCUS program with Pediatric ER and PICU programs. - 4. Well established basic sciences labs and clinical/translational research.
