Overview

Program offers robust clinical education including newborn cardiac intensive care. Wide variety of research opportunities: basic science, clinical, implementation science, bioinformatics, ethics & translational. Clinical time over 3 yrs: 12 months inpatient high-acuity; 1 month orientation; 1 month neonatal development clinic; 2 weeks fetal clinic; 3 weeks medical transport. Fellows pursuing academic career on training grants may complete a master degree in optional 4th year.
