About This Program

Wake Forest is the only pediatric nephrology program serving the fast-growing region of western NC and the surrounding region. The program combines an extremely well-rounded clinical exposure - transplants, acute/chronic hemodialysis, acute/chronic peritoneal dialysis, plasmapheresis, CRRT, ECMO - with the research & education bona fides of a top-notch university. Fellows earn a Masters degree to prep them for success in academia as well as clinical care.
