Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine Program
About This Program
Our division runs a summer camp in the Catskills, where patients with kidney disease (including dialysis and after transplants) get to spend time. Our trainees get to spend a week there, caring for the camp participants, which we consider as clinical service. - Around our institution, we serve a rich community or patients from around the world. The trainee learns to appreciate cultural differences, which provides them with a holistic experience around patient care.
