UT Peds Endocrine has 6 board certified MDs, 2 NPs, 9 nurses, 2 RDs, a social worker, and 3 fellows. Our Women & Children's Hospital is now open with a busy inpatient consult service. Outpatient clinics average > 4000 visits a year with a large South Texas referral base. Current research is focused on T2DM, GLP1 clinical trials, iLet insulin pump, CFRD, CGM during leukemia induction and pediatric thyroid cancer. We collaborate with the Adult, Reproductive Endocrine, and Obesity Fellowships.
