We are a strong, academic and clinical program with a very diverse, high-acuity patient population in an urban area. CHLA is a PECARN site with multiple research and education mentors within Division, CHLA. We provide graduated autonomy and scaffolding to enable fellows to be as autonomous in their 3rd year. The mission of our fellowship is to advance pediatric emergency care by developing a diverse group of tomorrow's best PEM academic clinicians and leaders.
