The UAMS PEM fellowship focuses on training well-prepared PEM physicians. Our pediatric ED is a Level 1 Trauma center which sees 60,000 pediatric visits per year. Our fellows produce quality research with yearly presentations at national and international conferences. Our ED research coordinator guides our fellows through the research process from project design through manuscript completion. Most importantly, our faculty are personally invested in our fellows' success as PEM physicians.
