Welcome to Monroe Carell Jr. Childrens Hospital (MCC) PICU fellowship at Vanderbilt. Our program fosters a collegial environment of mentorship, scholarship, and growth, emphasizing empathy, diversity, professionalism, clinical excellence, leadership, and inquiry.
