Fellows receive leadership training in adolescent health (grant writing, advocacy, public speaking, scholarly research); and in year 1 attend weekly no-credit seminars for all interdisciplinary fellows (ie, medicine, nursing, public health, psychology, nutrition, social work, epidemiology). During training fellows are appointed to the LEAH grant.
