Flexibility in rotation schedule to allow research, international experiences, public health and advocacy electives, and community practice preceptorships. Academic Communities in education, global health, research, quality improvement, and social medicine and advocacy-designed to develop leaders in pediatrics through collaborative experiences, mentorship, and scholarship. Excited to expand our Health Equity Curriculum focused on structural competency and health care determinants.
