About This Program

Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai/NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, is also known as Elmhurst Hospital Center. Located in one of the most ethnically diverse neighborhoods in the entire country, it is a reflection of the city around it. Our program is made up of trainees from more than 21 countries with a wide variety of backgrounds. Our goal is to train pediatric residents to provide compassionate and effective quality care to patients of all ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.
