University of Mississippi Medical Center Program
About This Program
The University of Mississippi Medical Center houses the only childrens hospital and pediatric residency training program in Mississippi. We receive patients from every county in our state of nearly three million people, which provides a large and diverse group of both cultural and medical experiences for residents. Our facility likewise has the only Level 4 NICU/PICU/Trauma Center for children in Mississippi and delivers care from tertiary medical problems to rural primary care illnesses.
