We educate residents in a collaborative, supportive, and academically rigorous environment in beautiful western Massachusetts. We serve a diverse population of urban, suburban, and rural children - immigrant and established New Englanders. We develop pediatricians who go on to general practice and competitive subspecialty fellowships with an understanding of the social determinants of health and a drive to decrease health-care disparities. We promote diversity in people, experiences, and ideas.
