Using a unique apprenticeship curriculum, Ochsner faculty train residents to be excellent general pediatricians or subspecialists, as well as advocates. Rather than using a cookie cutter approach to training years, we recognize that each resident has their own unique training needs that will help their strengths and experiences form them into the kind of pediatrician they want to be. At the core of our program is longitudinal experiences based on each trainee's individual career goals.
