The pediatric residency program at Harbor-UCLA takes great pride in a long history of outstanding clinical training in a supportive, collegial environment that emphasizes education and autonomy while serving the medically underserved. Patients are referred from all parts of Los Angeles County, a center of ethnic diversity with immigrants from nearly every point on the globe. Residents are welcomed as health educators and advocates at local schools as part of their advocacy experiences.
