Akron Children's has sponsored an ACGME-accredited fellowship in pediatric pathology since 1962 and serves as a referral center for embryofetal pathology, cytogenetics, molecular pathology, electron microscopy, renal pathology, neuromuscular pathology, and neuropathology. Facilities/equipment are state of the art. Free food/parking and an education stipend for books and/or conferences is provided.
