Overview

The Franz Von Lichtenberg Fellowship in Infectious Disease and Molecular Microbiology (Medical Microbiology) is a fully accredited one-year training program in medical microbiology, based at Brigham and Women's Hospital (an affiliate of Harvard Medical School), with elective rotations to the Centers for Disease Control (Atlanta, GA). This is a specialized fellowship designed to train the next leaders in the field of infectious disease diagnostics.
