About This Program
All employees have immediate access to SupportLinc, our employee assistance program. In addition, residents and fellows may be provided with either an annual well-being benefit or on-call meal allowance to be determined by each program on an annual basis for all. Access to UW Health fitness facilities at no cost and/or a reduced rate for the entirety of training. Full-time residents may take up to six (6) weeks of paid parental, caregiver, and/or medical leave for a qualifying event.
