About This Program
Our program encompasses all areas of hematopathology as well as flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, molecular diagnostics, and cancer cytogenetics. Options to rotate through Jefferson's Cardeza Foundation Special Coagulation laboratories and the Sickle Cell Disease Clinic, are available. The hematopathology service reviews 450 lymph node and tissue samples, 200-300 consultations, 2,000 flow cytometries, 1,900 cancer cytogenetics samples, and 2,000 molecular hematopathology samples annually.
