Enthusiastic faculty who enjoy teaching, collegial atmosphere, positive interactions with hematology-oncology colleagues, elective month, research opportunities, case volume and variety with adequate exposure to all areas of benign and malignant hematopathology for competent independent practice, autonomy and decision making capacity for fellow to work up cases, facilities for ancillary studies are up-to-date and on-site, one month rotation at Arkansas Children's Hospital.
