About This Program
The STL City Medical Examiners Office (MEO) is a small but mighty office composed of 25 individuals, including forensic pathologists, medicolegal investigators, autopsy assistants and administrative staff. The fellow will be exposed to a wide variety of cases in a busy urban setting with graduated responsibilities and complete ownership of cases as an Assistant Medical Examiner. Opportunities for scene investigation, teaching and research are plenty.
