About This Program

Highlights of the program include clinical training that offers a broad spectrum of biopsy material and surgical specimens relating to gastrointestinal and liver disease with over 14,500 gastrointestinal and liver specimens, including more than 1,200 liver specimens with extensive exposure to liver transplant pathology. Program offers opportunities to participate in and complete several research projects in one year and an opportunity to spend up to two months rotating at the Mayo Clinic campus
