University of California (San Francisco) Surgical Pathology Program
About This Program
The ACGME accredited Surgical Pathology fellowship is to provide an intensive one-year of training in high level diagnostic general surgical pathology, with a strong emphasis on resolving complex differential diagnoses, on building clinically relevant diagnostic reports and on gaining progressive independence in case management, from intraoperative specimen evaluation to gross specimen management to use of ancillary diagnostic tests to creating diagnostic reports of complex cases.
