Overview

The Summa Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Residency is dedicated to the provision of quality, compassionate care to the community, the education of future health care professionals and ongoing pathology research. The campuses of Summa Akron City and Summa Barberton serve as the residency home, complemented by rotations at the Summit County ME and Akron Children's Hospital. There is mutual respect between the faculty and residents, strong mentoring and one on one teaching.
