About This Program
Introductory months: We have two introductory months to expose incoming residents to AP and CP subspecialties and how those function in our hospital system. This gives incoming residents from a wide variety of backgrounds a good foundation in pathology before starting formal clinical responsibilities. -Different practice environments: Exposure to both academic (Shands) and more private practice-like (VA) work environments.-Call Progression: Residents starting on call are paired with a senior res
