Overview

The mentorship model creates intimate working relationship between the faculty and resident. This allows the experience to be tailored to the resident's approach to the service. The service volume is high for a midsized program with residents graduating in the top quarter of total case volumes. Trauma and hand are our most productive service lines. The community is a midsized university town with an affordable lifestyle without the hassles of urban environments.
