NUMC's Orthopedic Surgery Residency offers high-volume, hands-on training in one of the nation's most diverse patient populations. As Nassau County's public safety-net hospital, residents manage complex trauma, fracture care, and underserved community pathology from day one. Multi-site rotations across NUMC, Good Samaritan, Stony Brook (Pediatrics), and Memorial Sloan Kettering (Oncology) provide comprehensive subspecialty exposure.
