The residency offers an outstanding research opportunity lead by a Research Director, an Associate Director, and a full-time Research Fellow. Residents at all PGY levels routinely give podium presentations and represent poster exhibits at state and national meetings, to include AAOS; AOAO; NJOS and EOA as well as national subspecialty conferences.
